That’s right. Cookies with Fruity Pebbles in them. If you love this breakfast cereal, you’re going to love these cookies.
Now I’m not a fan of fruity pebbles. In fact, I’m not sure if any of us Boyer ladies are a fan of them. But recently a coworker posted these on my wall on Facebook begging me to make them. I told her if she got me a box of Fruity Pebbles and she’d get a plateful of cookies. Needless to say, I have a box waiting for me on my desk within a week. So I got to baking…
We just had our holiday potluck lunch at work (or lucky lunch as we call it) and I brought a huge tray of several types of cookies, including these. Since I’m not crazy about fruity pebbles, these cookies aren’t really my cup of tea. So I gave the rest of the batch to my coworker that requested them. She absolutely LOVED them and even some of my other coworkers who were daring enough to try them enjoyed them,
VERDICT: If you like fruity pebbles, you’ll like these cookies. If you’re not a fan of fruity pebbles… this might not be the recipe for you. Either way, these defiantly aren’t you’re average cookie and are bound to get attention of your next party!
